Shipping policy

 

Please ensure correct and complete address is entered at the checkout before completing your order. We will notify you once orders are processed and shipped.

After your payment is authorized and verified, orders will be processed with 1-3 business day. All orders will be inspected for quality and ensure complete/correct items are dispatched. In peak seasons please allow 2-4 business days for dispatch.

Processing and Dispatch of orders does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

In some cases such us natural disaster, epidemic, customs delays, etc.,  shipping time maybe delayed which is unfortunately not under our control.

Shipping time commences from the date of shipping, and not the date of purchase. Also, shipping timelines does not include clearance and custom delays.

TRACKING DETAILS

We will provide tracking information once your order is processed. If you have tried to track your package and information displayed is "No information available at the moment", please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to update on the shipping company's system.

PACKAGE DETAILS

For fast processing and shipment, items on the same purchase will sometimes be sent in multiple or separate packages. Once an item is processed, it will be dispatched immediately and will not wait for other items to be processed. This is to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered, lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered package because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information entered at the time of purchase. 

We do not deliver to PO Box address and parcel locker.

LOST FOR SUCCESSFUL PACKAGE DELIVERY

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country to the address provided upon ordering but has not been received, you must contact the local post office and provide us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. 

IMPORT TAXES

Orders are shipped from New Zealand. Other countries may incur customs fees upon shipment which is beyond our control. Customers will be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. We deserve the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund if customer refuses to pay for Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees.
